It's that time of the year again! Time for the best and quite arguably the most dangerous sale of season, the Sephora Spring sale. First let's break down the terms of the sale. This sale allows you to save up to 20% off anything on the Sephora site between certain dates. The exact breakdown of the sale if you're unfamiliar is 20% off for all Rouge members from 4/21 -5/01, 15% off for all VIP members from 4/21 - 4/29 and 10% off for all Insiders from 4/23- 4/27. Now it's important to note that ANYONE can become an Insider just by signing up with your email, so everyone can take part in the discounts.
This is the time of year when I always stock up on my must-have products. I'm running down my top 10 must-have picks from the sale below, in case you're in need of some ideas on what to pick up.
1.) Too Faced Born This Way Foundation. This Foundation is my absolute favorite. It's not drying, and gives my skin a healthy glow, without looking oily. I wear the shade Nude.
2.) Tarte Concealer. This is a cult classic, and a favorite of most people I know, and I'd have to agree. It lasts all day long, covers up even the darkest under-eye circles, and doesn't crease or flake away. I wear the shade light.
3.) Tarte Amazonian Clay Eye-shadow Palette. This eye-shadow palette can be used for so many looks, the pigmentation is fantastic, and as an added bonus it comes with a really great mirror to travel with- yes please.
4.) Tarte Amazonian Clay Eyebrow Pencil. This is a newer favorite of mine. I used a pomade brow product for years before switching to this due to how easy it is to apply and how effortless and natural it makes your brows look.
5.) Too Faced Born Hangover Setting Spray. This is the first setting spray that I've found that doesn't drench my face when using it. It lightly sets my makeup and keeps it lasting all day long.
6.) Grande Cosmetics Thickening Mascara. I use this religiously. What I love about it is that It makes my lashes look so long and never clumps.
7.) The Kat-Von-D contour singles. I LOVE this product for two reasons. One, the single sized version allows you to pick only the highlight/contour shades that work for your skin-tone, and two, you save money by buying only what you need in a smaller size. The formulation is also so good for my basic everyday contour.
8.) Grande Cosmetics Lash Serum- This transformed my lashes. I cannot say enough good things about this product. My lashes are so long and healthy because of this little bottle of goodness. A little goes a long way and each bottle with last you months as well.
9.)Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick- Pillow Talk. I really only wanted to chat about one lipstick, and if you know me you'll know how hard that is since I have upwards of 50 lipsticks in my collection. But, this shade is just too good. The formulation lasts forever without drying out my lips, and I swear this rose shade looks perfect on every skin tone.
10.) First Aid Beauty Repair Cream- Rounding out my countdown is my "everything product." You can use this as a facial moisturizer or place it on dry ares of your body, either way its creamy formula hydrates perfectly.
