I had been searching for the perfect rugs for our house for well, ages! We live in a pretty small apartment and It was a struggle to find rugs in the farmhouse-chic style we wanted, that also came in the modest size we were looking for to go in our home.
However, when I came across Natural Area Rugs, I knew the styles they offered would look darling in my home, and they came in a TON of size options to best accommodate our small home.
I chose this cream colored shag rug and this muted mauve rug to go in my kitchen and living room.
I have to say that having three cats and two kids, I was concerned as to how long the rugs would hold up, but I’ve had them for over a month and although the kids roll around and dump their things all over them, and the cats play a hectic game of “tag” every morning, running from one of them to another, and there's not a pulled thread or snagged tassel on either of them. Mom win for sure!
My pink oriental run I’ve just recently found a permanent home for in my bedroom. But it proudly served as the carpet for my make-shift try-on-haul area for a month or so. I love the subtle print that this rug has to it, but I love even more that the entire print is all in the same muted pink color. It adds the perfect feminine touch to any space.
